Are you already out in the UAE or thinking of moving there? I’ve heard PM jobs out there are precarious to say the least
No one I’ve ever spoken to who moved to Dubai actually ended up liking it.

Not sure about crypto firms specifically located in Dubai but I know a few people who work for fully remote crypto shops and just move to the UAE themselves

Thinking of relocation myself but also know someone else who is looking and they’re already in UAE and a Crypto QR.
I know BH Digital, Brown Rice Capital, Laser Digital who are there but trying to find some other options
I’d take a few tax free years then move somewhere else, 100% not long term

No one spends more than ~5 years in Dubai if they can avoid it.
Abu Dhabi, maybe, I don’t know what goes on there really. But Dubai, definitely not.

This sounds like the best option tbh. I’d imagine a lot of the infrastructure costs of setting up in the UAE is why on-site jobs there are so volatile. Being remote bypasses that. It’s a pretty good time zone for a constant global market as well so moving there might even help performance.

Quite a few.
Big guys like Tower, Eqvilent, BHFT and stealthy tightly knit prop shops with in-house development cycle (e.g. Campfire Research).
Big teams are usually constantly hiring, so I recommend reaching out to them even if you don’t see open positions advertised.
