I also work in IT solutions for compliance with SFDR, CSRD, MIFID, and DDA regulations. I think this year will present significant opportunities due to ‘remediation,’ the evolution of SFDR, and the considerable delays experienced by asset management and insurance companies, not to mention private wealth management banks on this subject.
It could be interesting to establish a memorandum of regulatory obligations that are far from being complied with.
