Hello Kimberley Roe. I am a student looking for a job. Can you let me know how I can stand out in this area please? Are students able to work in change and tranformation or is there a different job you start out in?
I want to ask: do you think the rise of AI will shift the balance of power from the front office to the back office? Will technologists powered by AI replace bankers importance? Or will it go the other way; AI-powered bankers will replace technologists?
What are the best data jobs in finance to work in going forward? Are data engineering/infrastructure people under as much threat as data analysis people?
Would the company lean towards candidates with Digital transformation, Stack, change management experience along with Program PMO knowledge in Technology leading multiple workstreams in both top tier financial institutions for contract positions elaborate!
My background is in content, thought leadership and strategic communications, and more recently I’ve been working extensively with AI. If I wanted to make a lateral move into banking, applying those same skills to a banking environment rather than starting again from scratch, where would you see the strongest demand today, and what would make a candidate like me stand out?
Just curious but how do you see AI impacting tech team sizes. I’m sure budgets will stabilise (probably upwards), but do you think there is a serious long-term impact on team sizes?
