Cause SA is undeveloped from an insurance experts perspective = Has tremendous growth potential for any insurer, but there is a lack of knowledge.

If you want to work in KSA then you have to work with the PIF or Aramco or something @Roman
The “normal” Saudi economy is batsh_t crazy, it’s like 1750’s Europe. Saud family princes defaulting on you that you can’t do anything about legally, that sort of thing
