Has anyone done this? How much money do you save each month? I’m four years into this and am trying to amass the highest deposit possible to avoid being stung by mortgage rates. Frustrating when I’m surrounded by people with big chunks from their parents.

Lol apologies, I solved your optimisation problem assuming you wanted a minimal mortgage constraint and a minimal time constraint associated with it
That’s never easy, can be manageable if you add more money monthly to the mortgage, I saved over $89K in a few months and paid half of the asking price on a home. Still working on student debt. don’t give up!
