As implied, I am back from holiday.
I had a great time relaxing, exploring, etc. exactly as I planned to.
But… It feels pointless. What the hell? I come back from paradise to grinding, by the window if I’m lucky and it’s a nice day. I have been drinking Vitamin D for the last two weeks. Now nothing.
I want to quit my job more than anything else.
Am I crazy? Does no one else feel this way? Post-holiday blues?

Truthly, no.
I get the blues for a day or two, but honestly, I love the game. I love the hustle. I love the grind. Maybe I’m just young, but I love pouring effort into things. I love fighting.

You have made an enemy for life, Tony.
I come back feeling refreshed sometimes even rested, then reality sets in get up extra early to exercise begin my daily routine, reviewing emails, answering phone calls replying to messages, attending meetings, speaking at roundtables believe or not planning the weekend functions, going to the farmer’s market and spending time with friends and family a cycle I can’t get out of trying to change and add adventure to my free time!
Do you do any adventurous sports that you do? I was thinking of getting into mountain biking on the weekends.
Love the mountain biking I use to box, tried rock climbing and hiking usually once or twice a month also running up and down a large hill in our park for fitness goals only on the weekends trying to incorporate more activities into my, spare time.

Very nice. Where do you do this? Are you based in London? I am not seeing anywhere near home worth cycling around aside from Epping Forest, which is horrifically tame…
Good morning, Relaxer I happen to reside in the United States, Londan seems to continue to connect with me over a few years I’ve developed a network of colleagues residing in the areas within and surrounding London more often conducting business. Swinley Forest Berkshire and Surrey Hills southwest of Londan more family orientated for Mountain Biking.
Ah yeah, 10000% times better for it in the USA. You guys are crazy lucky over there, actual real mountains, actual real wilderness. It’s like the Shire here
I like The Most Dangerous Game…
Are you referring to squash?
I’m not referring to squash, even when I say the word “squash” in a conversation about the game squash.
But are you relaxed after your holiday? Seem pretty uptight to me. Try some sphincter yoga
you sound very young . No, you arent crazy . its a common dis-ease . it will go away as you age .

I am back from holiday and I feel like continuing to do nothing at all. I believe this is the definition of refreshed
