If you’re at a decent school, any quant trading firm worth their salt will have recruitment teams visit your campus. There’s a lot of variation between firms so just try to speak to as many of these teams as possible to figure out which culture sounds right for you.

I’m from Germany, on campus recruiting isn’t really a thing here except for maybe TUM, and the career centers aren’t that good either. They will typically just suggest insurance or pension funds.
