I have currently worked in compliance for around half a year at a major bank, but looking to pivot to another role in finance as my current role requires lots of off-hour calls and not close with business-side.
After researching other roles I could do in finance, I came across roles in business management which seems like something I may want to do (seems you get more exposure to business and I have seen people in compliance pivot to these roles).
Would be very grateful if people can share some insight on day-to-day work, salary expectations, potential exit opportunities and any other info.
