LinkedIn has become a creator of spam applications. Job boards seem to duplicate jobs from elsewhere (not eFinancialCareers, obvs). Companies are trying to replace whoever they can with AI. How are you supposed to find a job now?

Genuinely it’s just connections these days.
Recruiters can be okay too if you find a genuine one (seems to be getting harder by the year, a lot of morons entering the market) but like 60% of it is referrals it seems.
