Graduates and Applications/Interviews

Hi,

I am here on behalf of the graduates I coach - although I can see the mismatches when they apply and how they prepare for interviews - I would really appreciate some industry expertise in what you see are the biggest gaps that need to be closed for graduates to be successful in interviews and what really does make a standout application for you?

I have helped a lot land their job but quotes/expertise and knowledge from industry experts goes way for these young people!
