I have not really heard from anyone as such. I work on my own deals not with any firm. Looking for some guidance and if anyone who would be happy to help

I think you should post more. Recruiters trawl regularly for new clients, and it’s important to get on their watchlist, especially if you have a bit of experience and are worth poaching.
