I am a university Graduate struggling within the hiring bubble, as I’m sure many of you are. I was looking for alternative routes into small business for experience. I was even thinking about paying for experience. Does anyone have any thoughts on finding small businesses?

Maybe the best bet now is to turn up somewhere in person and present your CV? Failing that there’s always nepotism

Makes sense. We have had something as absurd as negative interest rates, so why not introduce negative salaries as well
