Does anyone know of any graduate jobs out there at smaller firms, or backdoors into big firms? I completed an internship in the M&A team at a big bank this summer but I didn’t get a return offer. Top university and strong grades

Grad we just hired on our desk in HK is saying that 90% of his mates in UK is still struggling to get a role. He took a leap of faith and moved to HK. UK seems to be quite grimm right now. Reddit is saying US is no better, so good luck.

US isn’t great but it’s 100% better than the UK right now, by this and every other metric
