Graduated from top 3 MBA programs in the US this spring. Still searching. Was in Asia working in investment for about ten years before school.

Wow thank you very much for the reply! I’ve been reading your newsletters every day for years! It’s more difficult after graduation since many school resources are no longer available. I’d say the school career office almost does not help after graduation and many international students are still searching. I’m trying to find an equity research job or investment research job.
Do you go to a target school? Semi-target at least?
Respectfully, if you didn’t manage to get the role you wanted while a student, then I’d consider other career paths.
