Best (and worst) Banks for Hybrid Work

We all know the worst offenders for wanting staff in the office. JPM and Goldman want 5 days per week.

I know Standard Chartered let you have a few days WFH, same with Citi. Are there any other reputable banks that do hybrid? I wouldn’t sacrifice prestige for hybrid, but there’s gotta be a few firms out there that have the best of both worlds.

Apparently Deutsche Bank, for middle and back office in London

This is true - pretty simple to get only 2 days a week in the office approved.

On average, after how many years of experience in a Bank you’re allowed to get the Hybrid work ?

From the start at the banks that offer it

I have some months of experience as an intern at one of the biggest MENA region banks, and the require a minimum of 3 years (not in paper, but most told me that) of work in site before requesting a hybrid work

That’s interesting

Lloyds Banking Group still have 2 days (or 40% of your contracted time) in the office.

Barclays used to allow 2 days from home (of course not for every function) until the beginning of this year. I don’t know if they have changed.

By the way, the policy is usually specified in the job descriptions.
