Getting Rehired and established again in equities, can come down to networking, contacting colleagues, reaching out to the companies HR dept, sitting in industry meetings with equity groups, accepting a contract role is faster, age is not a factor take it out of the equation!

I have over 30 years in managing finances, alas turned 60, and it’s almost impossible to find a new job!

Age IS a factor and in case one had long engagements with companies they won’t even give you a contract role!
