I am working for a bank where I have been layered by a boss who has hired multiple of his mediocre former colleagues. The boss himself joined last year and has been hiring these people ever since. Everyone who works here can see what’s going on, except it seems the senior management. I have been loyal to this place. Should I leave?

Ponder before deciding to leave there are ways besides moving to another Financial Institution. How is the new manager treating all of the workers are you being included in the programs and initiatives being established, do you feel like a valued employee opportunities are still possible at the company.

Sounds like typical behaviour to me - many senior hires bring in familiar faces, so it won’t be that the other senior management don’t see it as much as they are all at it too so don’t see it as a problem.
Why does it impact you so much that you want to leave? It won’t necessarily be any different anywhere else.
