How reasonable do you find a hiring team composed of members at the same or just one level higher in seniority, employed within the same company or team for over 10 years?
P.S. Sharing your most valuable experiences and perspectives would be highly appreciated.
Totally fair. I guess clarity isn’t for everyone. Appreciate the username feedback though It is always good to know what throws people off when they’re tired
Now we’re talking. Appreciate the comment. Just to clarify, it’s not me on the horse. I’m rather in the front row, gathering real-life cases and perspectives.
I have been encountering a few interviews. I was requested to speak in front of the whole team while they asked questions, I owned, conquered, and then aced it. These folks ranged from the same level to Senior management. It was an experience to say the least.
I’m glad it went well for you Group interviews are quite rare nowadays and definitely a tough challenge. In my career, I faced a blind group video interview for a CxO role, and tbh, it was anything but pleasant
